Arrived: OK i gave him my credit card (already confirmed by the hotel that they will take credit card) ... it didnt pass. It would be such a pleasure to personally welcome you back. TV: very limited channels in English and could never get a connection between mobile phone and TV as advertised. As i joined FITUR i have made an official complaint to their offices and also to the police at Madrid Airport. Sadly the hotel gets 5* from me, but the transport company offered to guests by the hotel gets 1*- therefore my rating drops.....Dear Guest, First of all, I would like to thank you for the rating you awarded us and for taking the time to post it.
