I ordered an army bomb I had waited a month before it had got to me I just gotten it today and the strap is black when it should be silver my army bomb box is bent and ruined but the army bomb its self was broken the plastic on the side is starting to come apart and I don’t know how to fix it. Totemo Kawaii is an amazing shop!! They are all so cute and adorable. From day to day use items such as adorable pens, pencil cases, water bottles and clothes to BTS and Kpop merchandise that is always high quality! . That's when I found Totemo Kawaii Shop! i ordered from this shop in early november 2019 and had my package arrive just today (24 july 2020) the shipping was approximately 9 months. The things i bought from here were bts related and i was disappointed because i bought “£40” worth of stuff but they are all very small and definitely wasnt worth £40 i bought lomo cards, airpod case etc i wont be buying here again It's been 12 weeks. I’ve ordered more than once from this site and it always completes my expectations. They then texted me, with a coupon. When I got into Kpop, my friends would have countless amounts of merch and different items from all of their favorite KPOP groups. Not only this, but Totemo Kawaii is constantly giving me freebies with my orders, free shipping on bigger orders and deals and offers to make your orders more affordable. I love the options and sizes given as an US buyer its sometimes hard to find sizes to fit but not here. If you continuously email us within a short time frame, our systems flags it as spam which may have happened in your case. I also like all the BTS gifts as my daughter and her friends are huge fans and they love the items they can get (and free gifts) for better prices than they can get in stores here. I'll always come back to get plenty of things on here. I ordered BTS army bomb map of the soul got it today it came with everything love it so much.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, unbelievable rude. Plus they so kind and respectful when you have any questions they answer right away. Not to sound cliche or anything, but I have really liked their products. I’ve received what I ordered in top quality really fast. . Fantastic! They clearly don’t even know their own store. I enjoy shopping and finding new things that I like. I love the cute items they have at TotemoKawaiiShop! Whenever I buy from here, the items are exactly what I've ordered and sometimes they give you free items with your purchase too! Wrong strap, box is wrong aka shows army symbol and not Bts and the bag doesnt say 'special edition'. I love all the bts merch that they have there. You are $45 away from FREE SHIPPING!
